    On Purpose Management inspires, trains and advises teams who want to discover their purpose and use it for more impact. We help improve day-to-day business by aligning people's purpose (their 'why') and creating a positive impact beyond what they do, make or sell.

    Carmen Phillips is originally from the UK, now living in The Netherlands. Her passions are purpose-driven leadership and customer experience. Carmen works as an independent consultant and trainer, having worked for clients in different industries including automotive, consumer electronics, insurance, IT, charities and local city councils.

  • 23plusone is an emotive branding method that bridges individual and collective drives and behaviour. It’s science-based and facilitates awareness and dialogue on meaningful connection. 23plusone stems from scientific research by Kim Cramer PhD and Alexander Koene of BR- ND. On Purpose Management is part of the 23plusone international network of Licensed Friends.

  • The name ‘On Purpose Management’ was inspired by the book ‘On Purpose’ written by Shaun Smith and Andy Milligan, thought leaders on the subject of customer experience strategy. We apply the methods in our approach.

  • Carmen has been a lecturer at Beeckestijn for the last 6 years. She lecturers on different courses on branded customer experience design:
